It has to be a file so they can scan the ID and upload it as a file
IMPORTANT: the ID scanned must be different from the ID uploaded in the step 2, in which copecart ask for a photo of your IDs
 For example, if in the step 2 you took a photo of your national ID, now you can scan your passports or a driver’s license
